We visit or call to understand how you actually work: your sites, contracts, vehicles and people. Cover is built around what could really go wrong. We check sums insured so a claim is not cut short.

Report a claim to us and a named handler manages it with the insurer. They chase progress and challenge decisions that seem wrong. We cannot promise every claim is paid, but you will never argue with an insurer alone.

We review your cover mid-term as well as at renewal, and tell you when something changes that matters to you. Our office is in Folkestone, and you will always know who is looking after you.
