Clearline Insurance was set up in 2004 by Sarah Mitchell to give Kent businesses the kind of broker she would want herself. That means someone who knows your trade, answers the phone and stays with you when you claim.
We are a deliberately small team. Every client has a named account handler and a direct line. We specialise in property owners, construction and trades, haulage and logistics, hospitality, care and professional services. Focusing on these sectors means we know the insurers who want your business and the conditions that matter.
We are usually paid commission by the insurer, which is included in your premium. Sometimes we charge a fee instead of, or as well as, commission. We will always tell you what we are paid and how before you buy, and you can ask us at any time.

Tom runs our claims team. When something goes wrong he is the person on the phone to the insurer and the loss adjuster, pushing to get you back to normal.
